The censor board has cleard the controversial drug themed Bollywood film “Udta Punjab” with 13 cuts under the A Certificate. The High Court on Friday said that the makers of Udta Punjab should tone down expletived and vulgar scenes as these alone. Nine members of the Central Board of Film Certification watched the film and unanimously cleared if after 13 cuts, says Nihalani. The Abhishek Chabey has directed the film and scheduled to release on 17th June. The movie stars Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena kapoor and Dilij Dosanjh.
